Rivia Clinics is not an insurance policy. We are the actual clinics and hospitals your employees walk into. Our doctors see them, treat them, and know their history. There is no insurer between your employee and their care.

Your membership works at every Rivia Clinic β€” Labone, Dzorwulu, East Legon, Tema, Adentan, North Kaneshie, Koforidua and more. Your employees are not locked to one branch.

How is this different from health insurance?
Insurance is a financial product β€” a middleman between your company and a clinic. Rivia Clinics is the actual clinic. We own the facilities, employ the doctors, and source our supplies directly. No insurer approves or denies care. Your employee walks in, gets treated, and leaves.
How can you give more care value than what we pay?
We own the clinics and buy supplies at wholesale prices β€” our costs are much lower than the market rate. We pass those savings to members as extra care value. We also know from experience that not every enrolled employee uses their full benefit in a year, and that predictability lets us offer more than the fee.
Can I switch between the two plans later?
Yes. You can switch at your annual renewal at no extra cost. If your situation changes mid-year, speak to us and we will work something out.
What if an employee uses all their benefit before year-end?
We alert you before it runs out. You can top up, or the employee continues under a co-pay arrangement. We always treat first and sort the billing after. No one is turned away.
Do unused benefits roll over to the next year?
All plans are annual. Unused amounts do not roll over. However, if your team's utilisation is low, we offer a discount on your next renewal β€” so it pays to size your plan accurately.
How quickly can we get started?
Most companies are fully set up within a week of signing. We handle onboarding, membership cards, and staff registration. You give us a staff list β€” we do the rest.
