A new kind
of clinic chain.
Rivia Clinics is a group of full-service, multi-specialty, multi-location clinics providing membership-based general and specialist care to employees. While each Rivia Clinic is independently owned, they all operate as part of the same chain under common standards and protocols — similar to a hotel chain.
The chain is managed and coordinated by Rivia Technologies Ltd. We exist to replace the frustration, delays, and opacity of traditional health insurance with something cleaner, faster, and more honest.

The Clinic That Changed Everything
When our co-founder visited a small clinic in North Kaneshie, he wasn't initially impressed by the building's exterior. But the experience inside changed everything. He encountered a doctor whose clinical brilliance and exceptional people skills inspired a completely new vision for healthcare.
The Doctor Behind the Mission
That doctor, Dr. Isaac Biney, is now Rivia's Medical Director. And that very clinic became our first location when we launched in March 2024. The standard of care he set became the standard we'd build the entire chain around.
A Team Built on Serendipity
Isidore met Victor Nara, our co-founder and CTO, at an event where they immediately clicked — struck by Victor's dedication to building impactful software. Shortly after, Isidore reached out to his long-time colleague Aboagye Mintah to lead business development.
From First Site to Flagship
He then convinced his close friend and business partner Bernice Baidoo — then running a massage venture — to join the mission and lead administration and people. Within a year of launching our first site, we opened our flagship locations in Dzorwulu and Labone. We are still only at 1% of our journey.
