In-Patient Care
Managed admissions for acute conditions requiring a short hospital stay with 24-hour clinical oversight.
Virtual Care
Initial triage, follow-ups, and prescription refills via video or phone. Available across all plans at no extra cost.
Emergency Stabilisation
Initial critical care before transfer or definitive treatment. Notify Rivia within 72 hours of any emergency visit for coverage.
Preventive Screenings
Basic health check-ups including blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring. Essential for catching issues early.
Referrals
Coordinated referrals to specialists or higher-level care when your condition requires it. Managed by your care employees.
Chronic Disease Management
Ongoing care for diabetes, hypertension, and other long-term conditions. Regular monitoring, medication, and check-ins.
Minor Procedures
Medical interventions requiring short-term admission such as wound care, suturing, and small excisions.

Standard Lab Tests
Full blood count (CBC), fasting blood glucose (FBG), lipid profile, urinalysis, and stool analysis. Same-day results at most locations.
Imaging

Infectious Disease Testing
