Pay Later
Keep your cash. Pay as care is used.
  • Your healthcare budget stays in your account. Nothing is paid to us upfront.
  • Set a fixed annual budget for your team. Deposit it with us or hold it yourself.
  • Each time an employee visits a Rivia Clinic, you receive a full itemised bill for that visit.
  • Bills are due within 14 days or at month-end — whichever works for your finance team.

Quick answers
Can I switch from Pay Later to Pay Upfront later?
Yes. At your annual renewal you can switch between plans. If your team grows significantly during the year and you would prefer the upfront plan, speak to us and we can work out a mid-year transition. There is no penalty for switching.
What happens if my employee's care exceeds the annual benefit on Pay Upfront?
We will notify you when a member is approaching their annual benefit limit. At that point you can choose to top up their benefit, or the member continues under a co-pay arrangement. No one is turned away from care — we always treat first and resolve the billing afterwards.
