Why we are Anti-Healthcare

When we say we are anti-healthcare, we aren't saying we are against healing. We are saying we are against the status quo.

We aren't interested in the “conventional wisdom” that has failed Africa for fifty years. That wisdom says you need massive, expensive hospitals to provide quality. We say you need a network of high-standard, tech-enabled clinics that feel like home.

They'll call us high-risk. They'll say we are “untested.” They'll tell us that “this is just how the industry works.”

Let them.

We didn't start Rivia to fit into an industry; we started it to rewrite one. We are building a system where the Member is the Mission. Where “Advocacy” is our baseline and “Empathy” is our operating system.

We are building Africa's most trusted access system, one clinic and one member at a time. It's only 1% of the journey, but it's the most important 1% in the history of this continent's health.
