The third quarter of 2026 has been a period of extraordinary growth and strategic execution for Rivia Clinics. Through a sharp focus on high-value specialist consultations, enhanced medication availability, and streamlined patient routing across our operated clinics, we have unlocked unprecedented momentum across our network.
With major new investment partnerships, flagship expansions underway, groundbreaking tech updates on RiviaOS, and strong additions to our leadership, Rivia is poised to set new benchmarks for high-quality healthcare delivery.
Q3 2026 Key Highlights
- 74.2% QoQ Revenue Growth: Driven by expanding in-house specialist services, improved pharmacy stocking, and direct care coordination.
- New Strategic Capital Investment: Successfully closed a strategic investment round led by Germany-based Fair Equity, with follow-on support from Sadeeka Porter.

Financial Momentum & Performance
In Q3 2026, Rivia’s booked revenue surged significantly compared to Q2 and Q1, reaching record levels for the quarter. This brings our Year-To-Date (YTD) total revenue to a major financial milestone.
Healthcare services revenue nearly doubled QoQ, accounting for the vast majority of total revenue. Monthly growth was consistent throughout the quarter, culminating in a strong peak in September alone.
Our patient platform delivered 22,652 total visits across all RiviaOS-integrated facilities. Rivia Access corporate membership visits grew by 39% QoQ to 2,350 visits.
Doctor consultations remained the core driver of patient visits. Meanwhile, expanded diagnostics and pharmacy operations contributed substantially to results, together accounting for nearly two-thirds of healthcare services revenue.
Alongside MultiPro, Rivia added six other corporate employer partners spanning food, hospitality, legal, and technology sectors, continuing our commitment to bringing high-quality managed care to teams across the region.
Expanding Our Clinical Footprint
To bring accessible care closer to communities, we established a satellite Rivia Clinic in Amrahia in August through a co-location agreement with Diagnostic Center Limited.
To elevate quality control and supply stability across our network, Rivia is executing targeted minority ownership acquisitions in six key clinic locations, including Tema, Adenta, Koforidua, and East Legon. Combined with centralized procurement, this strategy empowers provider partners while capturing greater operational efficiencies.
Simultaneously, planning is underway for two flagship, Rivia-operated facilities in Dansoman and Oyarifa, scheduled for deal finalization by year-end to spearhead our next phase of growth into 2027.

Technology & Platform: RiviaOS
Technology remains at the heart of our operations. In Q3, we deployed a comprehensive inventory and stock management module in RiviaOS. This upgrade grants clinics real-time visibility into consumable inventory, automated stock reordering, and proactive stock-out prevention to ensure seamless patient care.

Looking Ahead: Our Vision for Q4 and Beyond
As we head into Q4 2026, Rivia Clinics is focused on expanding care capabilities and deepening market impact. Our immediate roadmap includes:
- Service Upgrades: Launching full laboratory services at our Labone clinic and debuting eye care services at Dzorwulu.
- Supply Chain Commercialization: Maximizing inventory availability and validating the commercial model of our centralized procurement unit.
- Strategic Pipeline: Finalizing ownership deals for target clinics and closing enterprise healthcare partnerships with key corporate brands like Old Mutual and Melcom Group.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our members, clinic partners, team members, and investors for their continued trust and shared vision as we revolutionize healthcare access across Africa.
