Rivia Clinics are established in Dzorwulu, Labone, East Legon and North Kaneshie — some of Ghana’s most commercially active and high-footfall communities. Joining this chain means operating in the same league.

When your facility joins the Rivia chain, you do not simply get a referral arrangement or a co-branding deal. You operate as a Rivia Clinic. That means adopting our clinical standards, our technology platform, our patient experience protocols, and our brand — fully. In return, you get everything we have built: corporate patient volume, technology infrastructure, vendor relationships, financing access, and management support. This is a full operating model, not a partnership programme.

Most clinics are at the mercy of walk-in volume — unpredictable, seasonal, and impossible to plan around. Rivia Clinics members are pre-enrolled employees from companies who have already committed to their healthcare spend. They come to you by default. That changes your revenue model entirely.
Trust is the hardest thing to build in healthcare. Operating as a Rivia Clinic means your facility inherits a brand that employers and patients actively seek out — without the years of marketing investment it takes to build that recognition independently.
Operational gaps — outdated systems, under-equipped facilities, fragmented records — are expensive to fix alone. Rivia closes those gaps through its vendor relationships, financing partners, and proprietary technology, at terms a single clinic could never negotiate independently.

Approval is not automatic. Every facility is assessed against a defined set of criteria before being accepted onto the chain. Support may be available for facilities that are close to meeting requirements but need structured assistance to close gaps.
